returns policy

Our primary concern is your complete satisfaction and if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact our support team (see our Contact Us page) and advise of the problem or difficulty arising with the product. Our support team is highly trained with extensive knowledge in all the products, and will endeavour to assist you in any way possible. If necessary, arrangements can be made for returning the faulty product. Items may be returned to Vet and Pet Products for refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. Shipping charges will be non-refundable.

All products that are returned must be in their original packaging and MUST be returned within 14 days of invoice date. Ensure you keep all packing slips and related materials in the case of returns. Please note that only items that are purchased through Vet and Pet Products can be returned for processing for either replacement or refund.
