delivery policy

Vet and Pet Products dispatch to the majority of both Australian and International orders via Australia Post, although we reserve the right to utilize alternative forms of transport at our discretion. Times for delivery can be up to 7 days within Australia (or more for remote locations) and up to 3 weeks for international addesses. Charges for shipping are not included in the pricing of individual items, but are displayed separately at checkout prior to any payment information being transmitted to Vet and Pet Products.

On receival of your order, please reconcile your items received against the packing list and against a copy of the order to assure there are no discrepancies between items ordered and the items received.

You will be notified by email to the address given at the time of signup if the item you order is not available at the time of order, or there are any delays in the supply of goods.
